  • What services do you offer?

    We offer both residential and commercial cleaning services. Our tailored packages include weekly and fortnightly options. Additionally, we provide specialised add-ons like linen and waste management.

  • How do I book a clean?

    Booking is simple! You can request a quote through our website or contact us directly. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • Are your staff police checked?

    Absolutely, all of our cleaning staff are required to provide a national police check as well as being thoroughly vetted by the Managing Director and onboarding team.

  • What if I need changes?

    If you ever need changes made to your service date, time or checklist please reach out to the team at any time to discuss your needs and we’ll be happy to accommodate. If you need any minor changes or extras as a once off to your usual clean you can either let us know via call/email or simply have a chat with your cleaner when they arrive on the day.

  • Do you offer guarantees?

    Of course, we back our work with a quality guarantee. If something has missed the mark, contact us within 2 working days and we will work with you to rectify the concern.

  • What products do you use?

    We use a range of commercial grade, hospital grade and eco friendly products. If you have any special requests please let us know and we will gladly look into it.

  • Do I need to be home?

    No, not at all. You’re more than welcome to be present during your cleaning service. However most clients prefer to leave a key in a lockbox so that you can go about your day and come back to fresh, clean space!

  • What about Pets?

    We’re pet friendly! We just like to know about them and if there are any special considerations.

  • What if I need to postpone or skip a clean?

    If you ever need to postpone your service for any reason we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can inform the team and make any alternative arrangements. We do our best to fit in a catch up however sometimes it might just need to wait until your next scheduled service. Our direct debit system can also be paused or cancelled at any time if the need arises.
